If you require your parcel quickly, we recommend choosing our Express Post option as these orders are being prioritized by Australia Post.
Standard Delivery in Australia
- Regular Post Flat rate $12.95
- Express Post $16.95
- This is based on a 1.5kg parcel.
All heavier parcels will be charged in alignment with actual costs.

International Shipping
- We ship to New Zealand, Germany and the UK.
- Flat Rate $33 AUD to New Zealand
- Base Rate of $33 AUD to Canada, Germany & UK
- 3-4 weeks from dispatch
- This is based on a 1kg parcel.

Please note we are not responsible for duties or taxes incurred once parcels arrive in your designated country.
U.S.A. POSTAGE UPDATE

U.S. Customers: Due to tariffs imposed by the USA Goverment, we can no longer ship to the USA.
Orders after August 25th will not be shipped and postage to the USA will not be available until further notice.
Starting August 26, 2025, the U.S. government will remove the tariff exemption, meaning parcels valued under US$800 will no longer enter the U.S. duty-free. Instead, our fabulous crafty supplies may incur tariffs of up to US$80 or 0-12% of the parcel’s value, depending on how it's assessed. We are working to minimize the impact of this change.
What This Means for You:
- You may be asked to pay a tariff before receiving your parcel.
- This fee will be charged by U.S. Customs and collected by USPS.
- Orders shipped before August 26, 2025, will not be affected.
- Orders after August 25th will not be shipped and postage to the USA will not be available until further notice.

Natalie May Scrapbooking is unable to accept responsibility for lost/missing packages sent via normal parcel post. Our standard service includes tracking. Should you ask for your parcel to be left where there is no one at home we will not accept responsibility for parcels which are missing.
