Q. I'm based overseas but want to order?
No worries. We ship to New Zealand, Canada, USA, UK, Singapore & Germany. The Flat Rate is $30 AUD to New Zealand.  Base Rate of $30 AUD to other countries and you can expect your parcel within 3-4 weeks from dispatch. This is based on a 1kg parcel and All heavier parcels will be charged in alignment with actual costs.  Please note we are not responsible for duties or taxes incurred once parcels arrive in your designated country.

Q. How can I get my crafty supplies quicker? 
Orders will be processed and dispatched within three business days from the order date. If you would like it quicker than that, we suggest using Express Post and we will ship within 2-3 days from the order date.

Q. I'm in Adelaide so can I pick up my order?
For sure. We are based in Marion right out the front of Bus stop #28 on Finniss Street.  We are open Mon-Fri 9.30am-3pm

Q. Can I shop in person and hang out with you?
Absolutely. We love having our customers pop in and have a look around! We are open Mon-Fri 9.30am-3pm and on the occasional Saturday. We have easy parking right out the front too!

Q.  How do I do an Online Class?
Online classes are the best way to learn a new technique and create something fun. The classes are held in a private Facebook Group. You will be sent an email link to join the group and you will then need to quote your order number to access.  You can view the class multiple times, pause, fast forward or even rewind if you missed a bit! So easy! AND you have lifetime access.

Q. Do you do classes in your fancy Super Studio?
We sure do!  We have Art Journal and Card Classes on offer for Adults in our Marion Super Studio. You just need to book online to secure your spot in the session that you would like. 

Q. Do you teach Kids Classes?
No. We are not set up for classes for anyone under the age of 16

Q. Can I Pre-Order a product?
For sure!  We love that. There are a couple of options. You can email us direct hello@nataliemay.com.au or order online if the product is available for PreOrder. When placing a PRE ORDER only PRE ORDER items can be placed on the invoice. Additional postage charges will apply if you add non pre order products to the order.  Once a PRE ORDER has been placed it cannot be cancelled no refunds are available.

Q. Can my friends buy me a Gift Voucher?
Yes! This is the best way to get exactly what you want!  They are not transferable for cash. Grab one here ...

Q. I've booked to come to an event that you are holding and cant come anymore - what do I do?
All deposits for any advertised Classes, Retreats and Events are non refundable. 
There are NO refunds or transfers issued due to not be able to attend. 
Monies are NOT Transferable to other Classes/Retreats or store credits or transferable to other people. 

Q. How does Natalie drink her coffee?
Flat white, skim milk with one sugar!

Q. I've changed my mind and dont want something I've ordered.
There is ample time for you to change your mind prior to placing the order. If you are unsure about a product and if it is right for you, please call us on 0478 260038 to discuss prior to ordering as we cannot accept a return item. You can also log into your account and check if you have already purchased the item.

Q. What if there is something missing from my order?
OMG! We are totally human and make mistakes. Please contact the team within 3 days of receiving your order via phone or email and quote your order number and we will look into it for you. We endeavour to have all our products in stock.  Should you place an order for an item that is regrettably out of stock or discontinued, we will issue you with a refund for that item. There can be rare occasions where another customer purchases the same item as you at the same time, either online or in store. 

Q, I've just placed an order online and want to add to it.
Awesome!  Just pop another order through and pop in the comments 'Please add to order #01234" and if possible, we will add to the order if it has not been shipped and credit you the additional postage with a Gift Voucher.
