Return Policy

If you receive a faulty item you will need to contact our team to discuss the reason for the fault and supply evidence of the fault.
All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods by calling the team at Natalie May Scrapbooking on 0438260035.
Claims for a faulty product must be reported to Natalie May Scrapbooking within three (3) business days of the receipt of the order.  

PLEASE NOTE we are the supplier of the product and NOT the manufacturer.

Natalie May Scrapbooking will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier are followed. 
Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge if they are still available.

We do not accept returns if you change your mind or order incorrectly.
There is ample time for you to change your mind prior to placing the order.
If you are unsure about a product and if it is right for you, please call us on
0478 260038 to discuss prior to ordering as we cannot accept a return item.
You can also log into your account and check if you have already purchased the item.
We suggest that you gift to a friend and make their day if you have ordered something you no longer want.  

CLASSES & RETREATS 
All deposits for any advertised Classes, Retreats and Events are non refundable. 
There are NO refunds issued due to not being able to attend. 
Monies are NOT Transferable to other Classes/Retreats or store credits.
